I named my Executive Coaching “Do Better” because I’m inspired by that phrase.
I have navigated the web of sexism and racism in the workplace, learning valuable lessons from each bump along the way. These experiences have taught me how to navigate the system and understand its impact on my body, mind, and soul. I want to make your organizational experience better than mine, guiding you to lean into your power and lead with confidence, purpose, and joy.

As a woman of color, I have faced the harsh realities of systemic sexism and racism in the workplace. My journey has been filled with high-level positions, each teaching me invaluable lessons about resilience, strength, and leadership. I have experienced firsthand the unique challenges that come with navigating these spaces and have emerged stronger, more self-aware, and more determined to uplift others.
I understand your journey because I have lived it. Each role, each obstacle, and each success has shaped my ability to guide others through similar paths.
